Overview
Keeping healthcare professionals informed about disease-specific therapies requires accessible, credible, and specialty-focused educational content. A digital video engagement program was developed to strengthen awareness and recall among healthcare professionals while supporting continuous learning in the field of nephrology.
The campaign focused on chronic kidney disease (CKD) and related therapeutic topics, targeting healthcare professionals across specialties including General Practice, Internal Medicine, Diabetology, and Nephrology. The initiative ran from May 2023 to March 2024 and aimed to combine scientific education with consistent digital engagement.
A dedicated microsite was developed to promote scientific knowledge around nephrology-specific therapies through high-quality content supported by research studies.
Campaign Approach
The campaign adopted a digital-first, multi-channel approach to reach healthcare professionals and promote educational webinar content.
The primary digital touchpoints included:

- Educational videos and webinars
- Specialty-focused microsite
The campaign focused on reaching specific HCP segments for webinar participation while maintaining regular communication to encourage continued engagement.
Each video was promoted after approval and was supported through targeted outreach until it achieved a minimum of 500 views. This approach ensured that individual educational sessions received sufficient visibility among the intended healthcare professional audience.
Methodology
The campaign followed a structured end-to-end process for creating, publishing, and promoting HCP-led educational videos.
Scheduled online invitations were sent to healthcare professionals for individual recordings. The campaign team coordinated with the relevant point of contact to ensure that recordings were completed according to schedule.
Following recording, each HCP video was edited in alignment with the provided presentation material. After receiving the required approval, the videos were published on the digital healthcare platform and promoted to the targeted audience.
Performance was monitored for each video, with individual reports generated after completion of the defined KPI. The program maintained an HCP engagement frequency of approximately 1–2 times per month, while the average turnaround time for each video was 7–8 days.
This structured workflow enabled the campaign to scale educational video production while maintaining consistency in recording, editing, approval, publishing, and promotion.
Result
The program successfully produced and marketed 200 educational videos in one year, covering a wide range of CKD-related topics and specializations.
