Overview
Reaching the right healthcare professionals (HCPs) through relevant digital communication is essential for building awareness and encouraging meaningful engagement.
A four-month digital campaign conducted between March and June 2024 focused on strengthening awareness among neurologists and critical care specialists across India. The campaign used educational infographics and multiple digital touchpoints to maintain consistent communication with the target audience.
The initiative reached 11,792 healthcare professionals, including 2,670 neurologists and 9,122 critical care specialists, with the objective of improving awareness, recall, and audience perception.
Campaign Approach
The campaign adopted an omnichannel digital engagement strategy to connect with healthcare professionals through multiple communication channels.

The campaign used weekly educational content banners to maintain visibility and encourage doctors to interact with the content. A dedicated WhatsApp marketing strategy complemented these digital touchpoints, helping sustain communication and improve engagement throughout the campaign.
