Overview
In the evolving healthcare landscape, engaging healthcare professionals requires more than a single communication channel. An effective digital campaign needs to deliver relevant information across multiple touchpoints while creating opportunities for meaningful interaction.
This campaign focused on strengthening the positioning of an antihistamine and Montelukast combination therapy among healthcare professionals. The objective was to establish the therapy as an innovative choice in combination treatment and strengthen its preference among physicians.
The campaign focused on General Physicians, Consulting Physicians, Pulmonologists, and ENT specialists, with audience targeting tailored according to the campaign requirements.
Campaign Approach
The campaign adopted an omnichannel approach to maximize reach, visibility, and engagement among healthcare professionals.
Multiple digital touchpoints were used to create consistent exposure, including:
- Mobile and web applications
- Websites
- Email communication
- SMS
- Tele-calling
- Digital banners
- Scrollers
- Stories
- Landing pages and microsites
Rather than relying on a single format, the campaign combined multiple communication formats to maintain visibility across the digital journey of the targeted healthcare professionals.
Engagement was established as the primary KPI, allowing campaign performance to be assessed not only through exposure but also through meaningful interactions.
Methodology
The campaign was structured around targeted communication and measurable engagement.
Healthcare professionals were identified based on the defined audience segments. Digital communications were then delivered through multiple channels and formats, ensuring repeated and consistent campaign exposure.
Pre- and post-surveys were incorporated to capture insights and encourage interaction. These surveys directed participating healthcare professionals to dedicated microsites or landing pages, creating an additional opportunity to engage with campaign content.
The campaign also focused on generating qualified leads by identifying healthcare professionals who demonstrated active participation and genuine interest in learning more about the therapy.
This combination of targeted HCP outreach, omnichannel communication, survey-based engagement, and data-driven measurement formed the core of the campaign methodology.
